With an illustrious 34 years as Executive Vice President of Weingarten Realty, she directed vital departments, overseeing the leasing, marketing, and re-development of over 400 properties nationwide. Patty’s expertise encompasses asset re-positioning, anchor replacement strategies, shopping center design, and brand positioning, all geared toward maximizing cash flow. Armed with a Master of Business Administration, Certified Property Manager Designation (CPM), and Texas Real Estate Broker’s License, she delivers unparalleled advice. Beyond her professional achievements, Patty’s dedication to mentorship, philanthropy, and passion for sports reflect her multifaceted excellence.
Started as a Fashion Buyer at Foley’s Department Store.
Joined Weingarten Realty as Property Manager, begins 34-year tenure.
Earned her CPM designation from IREM
