The Hulen Professionals Buildings are located at the northeast corner of I-20 and Hulen Street, just minutes from Hulen Mall and the Fidelis Power Center.
This case study illustrates Hulen Professional Buildings’ successful redevelopment and leasing project along the Hulen corridor in Fort Worth, Texas. Ms. Bender served as the owner, project manager, and oversaw the transformation of these medical buildings into a vibrant and fully leased center.

Objectives

The objectives included renovating the buildings, achieving full occupancy, and expanding the shopping center’s exit value.
The project’s main objective was to redevelop and lease two medical buildings along the Hulen corridor in Fort Worth, Texas. The buildings were outdated and needed a refresh to attract tenants and increase the overall value of the shopping center.
